David Kohlman, stepping down as Chairman of the Board, passed the gavel to his son Jeff.

For the past 20 years, we've been fortunate to maintain a staff of talented, highly experienced and dedicated aviation professionals, who have contributed greatly to our success and longevity. We've also been privileged to work with numerous extraordinary people and companies - a combination, which has enabled KSR to make significant contributions to the industry. We're proud of that! Although much has changed due to both last year's economic downturn and the tragic events of 9/11 [….], we look forward to another 20-plus-years of successful service to the industry", said Tom Rawlings, Former President.
